Milestone Community Builders—Austin’s largest private homebuilder—needed a way to market their newly-built residences at The Grove. The Grove is a luxury mixed-use community featuring single-family homes, townhomes, condos, dining, retail, workspaces, nature trails, and outdoor gathering spaces, all in one centrally-located space. When living at the Grove, everything one could need lives just outside their front door.

As expected in the middle of the global pandemic, The Grove had not been meeting its home sales quota. Milestone needed a way to paint the dream of The Grove, though it hadn’t been fully built yet. They asked us to create a marketing campaign to illustrate all that The Grove has to offer—that this is the up-and-coming place to be. The project constraints, however, required that the campaign could function both during and beyond pandemic life.

Working off of The Grove’s official tagline “Austin’s Gathering Place,” we incorporated a fill-in-the-blank headline treatment to illustrate all the things that meet you when you live your life at The Grove. These interchangable words are grouped in campaign phases, so they may apply to either socially-distant life or a future state when we can all gather again.
